Documentation services

Documentary services are divided into three categories: research, issuance and analysis.

Documentary research: In research, we attempt to locate documents such as birth, marriage and death certificates of applicants or their ancestors. Research is usually necessary to locate missing documents for the recognition of foreign citizenship processes, for example.

Document issuance: We contact registry offices and parishes to issue birth, marriage and death certificates, depending on the applicant's needs. This issuance can be contracted directly, when the interested part already has the exact location of the document, or after locating it through document research.

Document analysis: Document analysis is recommended when the interested part intends to initiate the recognition of a foreign citizenship or migration process and already has several documents to do so, but needs to confirm whether they are sufficient or whether it is necessary to locate or issue something else. Furthermore, during the analysis we also verify, based on the documentation presented, whether the right to recognition of a foreign citizenship actually exists and can be proven by documents, or if there is a need for a subsequent Genealogical reasearch.
